Self guided walking

This is a holiday for you walkers that are more experienced and don’t want to come under the umbrella of a guided walk. You will probably be a group of family or friends and feel that with our experience of local walks and conditions you will be able to enjoy planning and undertaking your own walking itinerary using “ The Country House Almunecar “ as your ideal walking base.

Group guided walks

We have 6 separate walks on 6 different days, picking you up from the house at 9am and finishing the days walk at about 5pm. The other day is “ airport or changeover “ day. Your evening meal is prepared and served at The Country House Almunecar at around 8pm.

Self Guided Walking Holidays

We provide the following :

  • Your accommodation, is fully equipped for your holiday stay. ( see accommodation page ) including all linen and towels
  • A selection of walks to choose from in our information folder which also includes maps, local mobile phone and a small first aid kit.
  • A local information pack which includes a list of recommended restaurants, shops and historical sites of interest.
  • We provide you a welcome pack of food and drink on your arrival

We are able to cater for groups of between 2 to 12 people. Our price structure varies according to your group size.
